All funding goes towards the obtaining the vaccine from the manufacturer who creates an entirely personalized vaccine for Cathy as well as any other associated medical expenses.
Foundation is incorporated as a Non Profit in the State of Arizona.
Effective October 28, 2010 the foundation is withdrawing its application for 501c3 status. The IRS has informed us that although the Believe in Faith Foundation is providing medical assistance the mission does not meet the standards set forth by the IRS to achieve 501c3 status. We must be able to help more than one recipient. Although this has always been our plan we must reorganize ourselves in order to achieve this goal. We plan on reapplying for 501c3 status in 2011.
